Now the company — which provides a software-enabled kiosk for independent grocers — is being rewarded for its steady growth.
SHOPtoCOOK has been acquired by longtime partner AppCard, which will formally combine two companies that specialize in onsite digital tools for customers.
“SHOPtoCOOK was built to inspire shoppers through great content,” SHOPtoCOOK founder and CEO John Thompson said in a press release announcing the deal. “AppCard has been a great partner for a long time. Thereofore, joining them allows us to grow our impact and deliver more value to our partners.”
